从新世纪视野对阴阳学说提出5点新认识:阴阳学说是唯物辩证法的第一学说;阴阳是特化的对立统一;是中医学专业的阴阳学说;阴阳学说的"深层内核";发展现代阴阳学说。重点阐述了作为阴阳学说"深层内核"的5条基本原理,即"太极"宇宙本原观,"一生二"的发生观,"二生三"的发展观,"阴阳自和"的有序观,本于"一"的元整体观,以及这些基本原理在唯物辩证法的现代创新和中医复兴中的重大价值。

Five new ideas about Yin Yang theory are proposed from the new viewpoints in new century,which include:Yin Yang theory is the first theory of materialist dialectics,Yin and Yang are the specialized opposition and unity,Yin Yang theory in traditional Chinese medicine,the deep core in Yin Yang theory,developing modern Yin Yang theory. The basic five principles as the deep core in Yin Yang theory are emphasized,i.e. universal original viewpoint of "Taiji",generating viewpoint of "one generating two",developing viewpoint of "two generating three",orderly viewpoint of "reestablishment of Yin Yang equilibrium" and holism viewpoint based on "one",which are the modern innovation of materialist dialectics and have an important significance on the revival of traditional Chinese medicine.
